The apparatus includes a Vicat mould in the form of a frustum of a cone with approximate dimensions of 60 mm top diameter, 70 mm bottom diameter and 40 mm height.
The current configuration includes glass base plates, initial-setting needle, final-setting needle and consistency plunger.
